I am unable to see all the Transaction Statuses in ILLiad under Borrowing, Doc Del, or Lending

Symptom

• You are in ILLiad and looking at one of the Process types of Borrowing, Doc Del (Document Delivery), or Lending and you are not seeing all your Transaction Statuses.

Resolution

If you are not seeing all the Transaction Statuses, you should go to the list of Transaction Statuses and right-click your mouse and choose "Reset to Default View."  After you do this, you should see all the correct statuses.
