I am trying to put files on the ILLiad Hosted server, but it will not allow me to overwrite the files

Symptom

• You are on an ILLiad Hosted site and trying to replace files on the Web Server

Applies to

• ILLiad 

Resolution

When you are unable to overwrite a file, you have two choices.

• You can rename the file on the server to the name.old for the file you are trying to overwrite.  Then put your file on the server.  With the name changed, the new file is not going to have to overwrite the original file.
• Contact OCLC Support and we can update the permissions so you can overwrite the files.
