I am trying to print in ILLiad, but the information never updates to the current data

This may happen because of the permissions required on your computer.  Right-click on the ILLiad Client or the Billing Manager and select Run as administrator.  This will often fix the issue because you will be required to run the program as administrator to overwrite the old data.
