I am getting an error about the Images path and I cannot open up the ILLiad Customization Manager

Symptom

• You are getting an error message like "Unable to create backup path: c:\Program files\Images\Backup\" when opening the ILLiad Customization Manager

 To correct the file path, see Atlas System's documentation on Configuring the Electronic Delivery Utility.

NOTE: The first step in the process is to update Read/Write/Modify privileges for Windows User Groups or Individual Accounts needing access to this directory.
