ILLiad web pages cannot be accessed and result in a 503 server error

Symptom

  • Going to any ILLiad web page in a browser returns an HTTP 503 status code

Resolution

An HTTP 503 status code can be caused by a number of issues. For self-hosted ILLiad sites, reach out to the web server administrator for assistance. OCLC-hosted ILLiad members can contact OCLC Support to report this issue and have their web page access restored.
