ILLiad says I do not have a WSKey required for Policies Directory information retrieval.

- You get an error that says, "A WSKEY is required for performing OCLC Policies Directory information retrieval"

Resolution
This error can occur when an institution has multiple NVTGCs, a staff member accidentally logs into a different NVTGC than they usually do, and that NVTGC does not have a valid WSKey. If you believe the WSKey in the Customization Manager is accurate (search for "WSKey" or "OCLCWebServiceV2APIKey"), double-check to make sure the NVTGC in the upper-left is set correctly. If that does not resolve your issue, please contact OCLC Support.
