Answer

When creating a test server, none of the ILLiad Services should be running. Ensure the following ILLiad Services are Disabled on the test server:

• ILLiad Connection Manager
• ILLiad ISO Manager
• ILLiad ISO Service
• ILLiad Odyssey Manager
• ILLiad Rapid Manager
• ILLiad System Manager
