How do I update the Address that shows up on the ILLiad Workforms?

Symptom

• You need to update the Address that shows up on the workforms.

Resolution

You need to update your Constant Data Records in the OCLC Service Configuration <https://worldcat.org/config>:

1. Once you are signed in, click on WorldShare ILL on the left side.
2. Click on Borrower Data.
3. Update the address you see to the correct address.
4. Save it.
5. On the left side, click on Lender Data.
6. Update the address you see to the correct address.
7. Save it.

After you have saved both the Borrower Data and the Lender Data, you should have the correct Data show up in the ILLiad Client Workforms.  You should restart the ILLiad Client to make sure it pulls in the correct information for each computer that uses ILLiad.
