How do I turn on IFM for ILLiad?

• You want to start using IFM with ILLiad

Resolution

Close the ILLiad Client and follow these steps:    

1. In the Customization Manager, set the IFMSupport key to Yes.
2. In the OCLC Service Configuration site under WorldShare ILL, your Constant Data Records must to have IFM Support or ILL Fee Management box checked. There are often multiple Constant Data records in Borrowing Data and Lending Data.
3. Reopen up the ILLiad Client.
