How do I set up a Custom Queue?

Symptom

• You want to set up a Custom Queue so you can route requests to that queue.

• ILLiad

Resolution

Make sure it is not one of the ILLiad Default Statuses & Queues.  Please follow the instructions for Creation Custom Queues.
