How do I get the ILLiad Billing Manager to go Live for other sites on a shared server?

Symptom

• You have a shared server, and one site is Live with the Billing Manager.  You want other sites on the shared server now to go live.

Resolution

To Go Live with the other sites, do the following:

If you want to delete any test requests, you must use the Database Manager to go Live. Otherwise, in the Customization Manager, set the BillingManagerLive key to Yes.

From this point forward the Billing Manager will automatically use the next available invoice.
