How do I get ILLiad to stop sending overdue notices when the request is closed in WorldShare ILL

  • The request is closed in WorldShare ILL, but ILLiad is sending Overdue Notices
Applies to
  • ILLiad 
Resolution

The request in ILLiad is at the Status of "Item Shipped."  You will need to Route it to "Request Finished."
