How do I apply a different Constant Data record to a borrowing request in ILLiad so that the correct information is applied to the request?

Symptom

• You have different addresses set up for Constant Data Records.  ILLiad is applying the Default Constant Data record, but you need to know how to apply a different constant data record to the request.

Resolution

You can apply one of your other Constant Data Records to the Request form when you are in the Workform.  Please see the Searching & Sending Requests: Creating and Editing the Work Form documentation.
