How can I see in ILLiad the items that show up in WorldShare ILL as In Transit?

Symptom

• Because ILLiad does not update the Transaction Status when an Item is shipped, you want to know how to find out what items are shipped

Applies to

• ILLiad 

Resolution

To find out what items that are shipped you do the following:

1. Go to System, Search/Review Statuses.
2. Look for the OCLC Status of Shipped. 
3. When you open that Queue, you will see all the items that are currently Shipped on OCLC.
