Can ILLiad Web Circ or Web Reports be made to accept EZproxy Remote Authentication Credentials instead of ILLiad credentials?

Staff logon for Web Circ and Web Reports can only be done via the staff account table credentials in the ILLiad database, meaning only ILLiad credentials will work. There is no way currently to sign in via any other credentials.
