A queue has disappeared in my Borrowing, Lending, or Document Delivery tabs. How can I see it again?

The most likely solution is the queue was accidentally hidden or minimized. To unhide all queues

  1. Select the tab the queue has disappeared in.
  2. Right-click in the blank white space under the list of queues. 
  3. Left-click Reset to Default view
