A borrowing site is sending books and emails to the wrong contact at our site, how do we fix this?

Symptom

• When you are borrowing or lending books, the other sites are sending the information to the wrong contact when your Constant Data record has the correct information in it

Applies to

• ILLiad

Resolution

Most likely the other site is an ILLiad location.  You will need to contact the site and have them update their Lender Address for your site in their Lender Address table.
