Why do I see a second copy prefix in my LHR display in Record Manager?

Symptom

• You see a second "c." in the LHR display in your Record Manager search results or LHR display.

Applies to

• Record Manager 

Resolution

Your Local Holdings Record has the "c." inside the 852 $t tag, but you also have a Prefix entered into the User Preferences > Working with Records > LHRs > Prefix text box or the  User Preferences > Searching - Basic > LHRs > Prefix text box. Erase the prefix from the text box and the duplication should go away.
