When printing a My Label print list, the PDF fails to load.
Symptom
- When printing in My Labels, there is an error, "Failed to load PDF document"
- PDFs load in other services in WorldShare

Resolution
To find out whether the problem is in the browser, print settings, or in the template, go through these steps in order:
- Try to print in another browser in a private or incognito window.
- Verify that the label printer has been set up inside the browser settings. To avoid the "print to PDF" error, be sure to select the default label printer to be used by default inside the browser settings.
- If those steps do not work, it's possible that the template has become corrupted. Recreating the template is the best option and should allow for regular printing again. If these steps do not work, contact OCLC Support.
