When I save or validate my LHR, empty subfields and fields with only a $8 are removed.
Symptom
- When an LHR is validated or saved, all empty subfields and all fields that only contain a $8 are automatically removed

Resolution
In Record Manager, there is logic applied during a save or validate action that removes all empty subfields and all fields that only contain a $8 ("link"). If the fields are being removed, but you want them to remain present, you can add in a value in any of the subfields, and the system will not remove it when saving or validating.
