Unable to save an authority record in Record Manager

Symptom
  • You are unable to save an Authority record into your Saved-in-Progress file or WorldCat.

Resolution

Try validating the record via the Record > Validate option. If an error appears either fix it if you know how or report it to OCLC Support with your name, your library symbol, the error message you are getting when trying to save as well as the Saved-in-Progress authority record number that is not saving down.
