In order to add new bibliographic records, your WorldShare account needs to have either the Cataloging Full or Cataloging Admin role assigned. A WorldShare user at your institution who already has the role of Cataloging Admin can assign one of these roles to your account. If no one at your institution has the role of Cataloging Admin, please contact OCLC Support for assistance and be sure to include your OCLC symbol and your WorldShare username.

If your library has a CatExpress subscription, a user with the CatExpress Admin role can assign an appropriate role so that you can create export lists.
