Record Manager TCP/IP Export shows Host Message: Records are being read from port device name
Symptom
- You are attempting to export records from Record Manager and receiving a message in a green box saying "Host Message Records are being read from port device name."
- The records are not being imported into your ILS

Contact OCLC Support with full page screenshots of the screen with the error message and your User Preferences for TCP/IP export, found at Record Manager > User Preferences > Exporting - Bibliographic records
