I Saved a Record with Incorrect Content – How Can I Undo It?

Symptom

    • A record in WorldShare Record Manager was edited and saved with incorrect content. The intention is to undo the modification.
Applies to

  • WorldShare Record Manager

Resolution

Manual reversal of such changes is not possible in WorldShare Record Manager. Once the changes have been saved, the previous version cannot be easily restored. Changes can only be re-entered manually or reverted by OCLC. If manual correction is not possible, contact OCLC Support.
