Yes, you can export records with LHRs in Record Manager by changing your bibliographic export preferences to include LHRs. There are three formats that will include LHRs:
MARC 21 with MARC-8 and LHR
MARC 21 with UTF-8 Unicode and LHR
MARCXML with UTF-8 Unicode and LHR
If you do not have LHRs on your records, no LHR will be included on export.
