Authority pop-ups are not populating

Symptom

• When you click on an authority link in a bibliographic record in Record Manager, the pop-up displays but is empty and no authority information is displayed.

Applies to

• WorldShare Record Manager 

Resolution

Make sure you have selected the tag that holds the authority link before clicking it.
