Why is my data sync collection in a Being Reviewed status?

Answer
The Being Reviewed status is initialized by your data sync specialist when data is first sent through a new collection or an older collection that has not been used in some time. They use this status to review the records and collection settings to ensure a smooth process.
Additional information
Records can still be uploaded to a collection when it is in this status, but they will only be processed once the status is switched to an Accepted status.
