Why am I getting a server communication error when trying to upload files through Collection Manager?

The WorldShare Collection Manager interface works with a library's OCLC SFTP account to allow file uploads and downloads. If there is an issue with a library's SFTP account, users may see a server communication error message. If you are seeing an error message, please contact OCLC Support and include the following information if possible:

• The type and size of the file being uploaded
• A full page screenshot of the error message
