This 'collection' appears when an institution chooses to receive updates for any change to the WorldCat record for all holdings in Collection Manager > Institution Settings > MARC Records > WorldCat Updates. The OCLC collection not an actual collection, but represents all updated records received due to the setting which do not fit into a KB, query, or data sync collection.
