Symptom

• The number of titles in the collections Wiley Online Library UBCM All Books and Wiley Online Library Withdrawn Titles are lower than in the respective lists from the provider

Resolution

• The Online Books spreadsheet of the UBCM collection includes both English titles and German titles. However, the UBCM All Obooks collection includes only English titles. There are approximately 450 German titles currently in the list, and those are the reason for the difference in the two counts.
  If your subscription includes both German and English titles, then instead of using this collection:
  Wiley Online Library UBCM All Obooks (Collection ID: wiley.ubcmall)
  You should select this one instead:
  Wiley Online Library UBCM German Language (Collection ID: wiley.ubcmgerman)
• The "Withdrawn" tab on the Online Books spreadsheet contains about 140 titles that are named like "ISTE PLACEHOLDER 10", "ISTE PLACEHOLDER 11", "ISTE PLACEHOLDER 12", etc. These don't appear to be legitimate titles and they aren't in the knowledge base collection, which is why it has fewer titles than the spreadsheet.
