  • I received an email that a MARC record was added to our OCLC WorldShare folder, but it is not there.

Resolution

Sometimes files are available for download sooner through SFTP than through Collection Manager. Check your library's FTP site to see if files are available for download with the following options:

  • If you do not see your files ready for download in your library's FTP site or do not know your FTP password, please contact OCLC Support
