I made a change to an ID in my Provider Settings. Will this trigger an updated file of records to be delivered?

Yes. If you change a vendor ID in your Provider Settings under Collection Manager > Institution Settings, you should see an Updates file for the corresponding collection(s) in your My Files > Downloads folder that reflects this change.
This file will be delivered according to the record delivery frequency you have configured. Review the file to confirm that the updated ID is included in the records.
