I haven't received my expected MARC records from Contract Cataloging

Symptom
  • An email was received that MARC records would be delivered, but no file of MARC records was received from Contract Cataloging

Resolution

Please email OCLC Support and include your OCLC symbol, the date you received your email and the Order ID, A sample OCN that was expected in the file is helpful too.
