I have removed popup blockers, but some popup features from WorldShare are not working

Symptom

• I have removed popup blockers, but some popup features from WorldShare are not working (i.e. contact support, label printing, etc.)

Applies to

• WorldShare Management Services 

Resolution

You will need to add worldcat.org and oclc.org as trusted sites. Contact your IT department or use your browser's help site for instructions.

If you complete this process and the issue persists, please contact OCLC Support.
