How do I correct Coverage Depth errors after Globally adding titles to Collections

Answer

The Coverage Depth field is a critical metadata element that is locked after the Global title addition process is completed. Mistakes in this field cannot be corrected by the user.  If you make a mistake in the Coverage Depth field during a Global  title addition:
 
1. Please contact Customer Support, and include the following information:


- Title Name
- Collection Name
- Incorrect Coverage Depth entered
- Correct Coverage Depth intended  

Additional information

If you make a mistake when adding a title to a Local Collection, the Coverage Depth field is editable.
