No, you cannot reuse a data sync collection that was used for a Streamlined Holdings Update project. Those collections are marked as abandoned once the Streamlined Holdings Update project is complete.
Since the collection cannot be used for ongoing updates, you'll need to create an ongoing data sync collection or collections instead.
