If your library has a CatExpress subscription and is using data sync collections in Collection Manager, you can resolve records in WorldCat Staging by following these steps:
- Use the Unresolved Cross Reference file to review your records.
- Correct your records locally.
- After you have made all of the corrections, contact OCLC Support in your region to have the file reprocessed.
