I can't update the sync schedule for my collection.

Symptom
  • You are unable to update the sync schedule for your collection.
Applies to
  • Digital Collection Gateway
Resolution

There is a recommended workflow for this in the Digital Collection Gateway that you will want to make sure you are using:

1. Go to the collection list screen and select your repository.
2. In the row for your collection, click on the date in the Sync Schedule column.
3. Change sync frequency and type in a new date.
4. Click Save.
