Why are records not appearing when I search for authority records in Connexion client?
Symptom
- Records are not appearing when searching for authority records
Applies to
- Connexion client all versions
Resolution
Verify that the font selected is visble:
- Go to Tools > Options > Record Display.
- Check the chosen font color for the authority records and verify it is visible.
- Click reset if you are not sure which font to use for each variable. You can change the font color again later after records are visible again.
- Click apply.
- Perform a new search and verify the record is visible.
