When I try to submit an error report I get the error: "There was a problem creating your error report."

That error is usually associated with a spam filter or junk email blocker that prevents emails from being sent/received from 'noreply@oclc.org' or something similar.

  1. Please contact your IT Team to ensure that outgoing emails from 'noreply@oclc.org' have not been blocked on both the network and your device.
  2. Copies of the error report email are also usually sent to the sender, so make sure that incoming emails from 'noreply@oclc.org' have not been blocked on both the network and your device. You can also deselect the “Send a copy of the e-mail message to me” option to eliminate this part of the problem.
  3. The workaround is to send an email to OCLC Quality Control at bibchange@oclc.org.
