Unhandled Exception has occurred in your application error occurs when clicking the label icon in Connexion client

Symptom
  • You get an "Unhandled Exception" error when clicking on the label icon when trying to print labels for a MARC record in Connexion Client

Resolution

Connexion client is reaching out to the Label Program to get label forms to display, but not finding them. To resolve the error reinstall the OCLC Label Program.  You can find the software on the OCLC Software downloads page.
