Getting this error message when I try to log into Connexion "Unable to connect to the remote server"

Symptom

  • An error message appears each time I try to sign in to Connexion: "Unable to connect to the remote server"
     

Applies to

  • Connexion

Resolution

  1. Go to Tools > Options > Access
  2. Under Internet Access, switch the connection from Default to Other URL
  3. In the box, enter http://132.174.0.2
  4. Try to log into Connexion again
