I am not able to see the file path for our shared file in Connexion client

Answer

Close the Connexion client and install the Auto-fix OCLC Connexion client 2.63 software (66.5K) available on the Cataloging Software Downloads Page.

If that doesn't work, try the following :

  1. Right-mouse click on the Connexion client icon.
  2. Select Properties > Advanced
  3. Click the Run as Administrator checkbox.
  4. Click OK
  5. Click Apply
  6. Click OK and try again.
