I am missing records in my online save file or Saved - In Progress file

Symptom

  • You had records in your online save file in Connexion or the Saved - In Progress file in Record Manager, but now the records are missing. This could be due to an accidental deletion, for example, or any unknown reason.

Applies to

  • Connexion client
  • WorldShare Record Manager

Resolution

If you cannot find the records, or if you can find them in one application but not the other, contact OCLC Support with the save file number(s) that you are missing, along with the approximate time of deletion or the last time you saw them in the online save file.
