To resolve this issue, navigate to Tools > Options > Export and look at where your export file is:
- If the export file is on a shared network drive.
a. Go to our Cataloging Software Downloads.
b. Review and accept the terms and conditions.
c. Download the Auto-fix OCLC Connexion client software.
d. In your downloads, right click the downloaded file and select "Run as Administrator".
e. Log out of Connexion Client and close it, then reopen it and log back again.
f. Try exporting again.
- If the export file path goes to C:\Program Files.
a. In Connexion Client go to Tools > Options > Export.
b. Create a new export file path that goes to the desktop.
c. In Connexion Client go to File > Local File Manager.
d. Select the new file path going to the desktop.
e. Click on "set as default".
f. Close the Local File Manager.
g. Try exporting again.
