Error received when exporting with Connexion browser to a Local system, " An error occurred while attempting to make a connection to your local system"

  • Export fails, the member receives the error " An error occurred while attempting to make a connection to your local system" When settings are correct.

Resolution

Short introduction or instructions to follow these steps:

  1. After checking host, port, filename, and record export settings are correct. Delete the hostname and port and extra spaces and re-add the settings back.
Additional information

Extra characters in the settings are causing an issue, making the settings incorrect.
