Connexion client won't let me add a holding to a record I have open

Symptom
  • You've got a record open in Connexion, but you can't add a holding to it.
Applies to
  • Connexion client 
Resolution

Check to see if the record has any validation errors by selecting Edit > Validate from the menu. If it does, correct them and try again. If you can't correct them due to your authority level, feel free to email bibchange@oclc.org to get it fixed.

If there are no validation errors on the record, contact OCLC Support with your symbol, the OCN, and the error message.
