Can't export - Getting this error message "Could not find the file..."

Symptom

  • Error message - "Could not find the file C:\Program\Files\OCLC\Connexion\Program\FileTemplates\CustomReport.xsl"

Resolution

To address the issue, please follow these steps:

  1.  Download the Connexion client executable file from this page: Connexion Software Download.
  2.  When you open the installation wizard, select "Repair Connexion Client" instead of "Remove." 
  3.   Click "Finish."

 

Repairing the client should restore the CustomReport.xsl file to its original location. If this does not resolve the issue, run a complete uninstall and reinstall. You can find instructions here: Uninstall and Reinstall Connexion Client.
