Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow error when printing

Symptom

• After clicking File > Print Labels menu option in Connexion client you get the error "Arithmetic operation resulted in an overflow" error.

Applies to

• Connexion client 3.x

Resolution

This error occurs when the Tools > Options > Printing > Label Options > Print Offsets setting includes a non-numeric character, such as a comma instead of a period in the numbers.

Additional information

This can also bring up the error that reads "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application".
