Purpose of the Create a New Constant Data Record window
- Select the format for a new constant data record you want to create.
- Open a workform in the format you select.
Access the Create a New Constant Data Record window
- Navigate to Cataloging > Create > Constant Data or press <Ctr><Shift><N>.
Click Authorities > Create > Constant Data or press <Ctrl><Shift><Q>.
- Select a MARC format and click OK. A workform opens with some data appropriate for the format supplied.
